Non-Bank Finance
Loans for residential, farming and investors. A new start-up with no credit history? There are many reasons you may seek a loan outside the banks. We can arrange loans which are usually 1-2 years and at present interest rates can be below 9%pa. Only first mortgage securities will be taken. We know what will fly with lenders save time and have us look at your proposal. Fees apply.
Relationship Property Agreements
We can prepare or advise you in respect of pre-nuptial agreements. These are often the best way to protect family assets upon a second marriage while allowing you to share your assets with your new partner. In the unfortunate event of separation, you need expert advise on your separation settlement and if litigation is involved, we will arrange a specialist for you.
